Status change of shopping cart.

hi everyone,

can anyone help me with following,

where can i find date and time of change of shopping cart status(each and every status change)

a) item . and

b) header

for eg i can get changed date and time for sc header in crm_jcds,

where to find for sc item.

You can use the tables CRMD_ORDERADM_H(header) and CRMD_ORDERADM_I(Items).

Hi Rahul,

You can check the changes for the shopping cart items via BBP_PD.

Run the t-code and then go into individual item, which will give you detailed changes for the item.

In this screen you can see details available for the item in CRMD_ORDERADM_I, BBP_PDIGP, BBP_PDBEI, BBP_PDISB, BBP_PDPSET, etc.
