Hi all,

I am facing a problem in raising Alerts.An error occuring on the Adapter Framework will not trigger an XI Alert although the rule is matching.

Hi,

Check whethere the following roles has been available

SAP_ALM_ADMINISTRATOR - Alert Management Administrator

SAP_ALM_CUSTOMIZER - Alert Management: Role for Customizing

SAP_BC_ALM_ALERT_USER - ALM: Role for the alert user

SAP_BC_ALM_CUST

SAP_BC_ALM_ADMIN

Have you checked ST22? Can you find any dumps over there?

Hi,

I dont see any dumps in ST22.The alert is nw triggering alerts for some adapters like file and JDBC.but when there is error in any other adapter like RFC its not triggering an alert.
