When accessing http://<hostname>:51000/irj/portal and logging as J2EE Admin.

I receive the following error when navigating to: Content Adminstration -

<b>Root Cause</b>

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

Any idea how to solve this issue?

Hi,

Looks like some problem in the installation.

Are you able to navigate through the J2ee start page

http://<hostname>:51000

Yes, J2EE start Page is working fine.

All other pages excpet DYNPRO are working fine.

Hi,

To me it looks like the Webdynpro runtime and portal SDAs that you are using are incompatible and not from the same SP. Can you try to deploy SDAs from the same SP and try this one out again.

We communicated the problem to SAP.

SAP confimred that it's a known problem with DYNPRO.

We applied Support package stack 9 to solve the problem.

Hi Ammey,

first check that ur sdm,dispatcher and server are running properly in SAPMMC and also check that the user through which ur logging to the portal has sufficient privilaged/authorization.
