Hi Experts,
We configured alerts , but the Alert Configuration and Alert Inbox not logging with XISUPER or XIRWBUSER.
how should we proceed?

Tell us correct error message that u get.
If the error message is <b>"Service cannot be reached"</b>,
Check if the services are active.
If the error message is <b>"Error When processing ur request"</b>, there are some steps that should be done.
