Custom ITS logon screen

Hi, I have checked the past threads and I cannot find the answer I'm looking for. I'm running an ITS application in ECC6.0. Everything is good, however I would like to offer the users a custom logon screen whereby they can either press 'Logon' or 'Change Password' and then be taken to the standard logon screen to perform either function before being directed on to the ITS transaction. There is a place to put a custom class within the error page tab of SICF. I was just wondering if anyone has done that and if so could they provide an example?
