Is there any possibility to connect to the R3 System using Webdynpro?? If so, How it can be done??

Yes, It is Possible to connect R3 system with ur WebDynpro Appn.
This can be done by using an ADAPTVE REMOTE ENABLED FUNCTION MODULE called Bapi.Bapi (Business Application Programming Interface) to connect R3 with SAP/Non SAP system.
To Use Bapi in ur webdynpro U have TO import Bapi to Ur project.
So U can use Bapi to Connect R/3 with ur Application.
