ESS- integrated ITS

hi ,

i am migrating ESS from a standalone ITS to integrated/internal ITS. The PZLE service which is used to show the welcome page of ESS is flow logic based. So i am not able to use it in integrated ITS . so i want to develope this services from scratch usign <i>screen independent HTML templates</i>.

In this context, i have the following doubts

1. can't i develope Screen dependent HTML templates for PZLE.

2. Since the HTML templates are screen independent templates , i am not able to use <i>screen fields</i>. so how do i access the values from the tables. Do i need to use field-set and field-transport macros.

3. Can i maintain my new service from the implementation guide.

What backend version? If you are using ECC5.0 (or higher), look at the Homepage Framework configuration. If using another lower version, you could build a similar ESS solution using static pages with links to your actual ESS services (more user friendly than PZLE).
