Image is not getting displayed

Hi,

I have used an Image UI element. (Group -> Transparent Container -> Image UI Element).

The image is of type gif and size 357 x 69. I have stored the image file in the path src ->mimes->component->myComponent. In the source property, I have given the image file name.

The image is getting displayed in the layout. but it is not visible during deployment. What could be the problem. Kindly help me out.

Hi,

try to reduce the imge size and getting to be displayed now.

For the time being now SDNer are trying to get resolved asap for big images displaying.

Hi,

This problem sometimes comes. Really surprising. I don hav any fixed method for this. Usually I follow the below method.

Close the internet explorer and clear all the temproray files, cookies and history also.

Then rebuild the project and deploy it once more and then run

I don't believe that there is such a "big image" issue. Try to create a new view, place the image there and display this view. What happens?

If this does not work as expected, open an OSS message (BC-WD-CLT-HTML).
