How to download the new abap editor (level 10 patch) ??

Hello,

I want to use the new abap editor, therefor i need to download the level 10 patch. Anybody on how to d/l it, cause i cant find it on the marketplace ....

You must have SAP Front End Gui 6.40. You can download that for free at SDN Downloads,

Patch level 22 is available at service market place, this is the link

You need the Service Market Place Id for that.

Then after the installation of GUI and the patch. Goto SE38 and change the editor to New GUI Editor. This can be done in the SETTINGS option from the menu.

hi.

i am looking for abap editor too but the first link Kathirvel Balakrishnan has provided can not open. and in the second link it wants a user name and a password and off course my sdn username and password don't meet them.

i am a single user and i only want to learn how to develop abap applications. i have sap netweaver app server downloaded and installed, and i need a development environment or an editor anyway.
