SAP sysem & help menu in english language using login language in French

Hi,

When users login into R/3 using French login language, they get all menu in French except the system and Help. has any one encountered such type of problem.

Any help appreciated ..

i think sap didn't translate the system part in french!

for the help problem look in to the transaction SR13 - you must install a french

help documentation or link it to

also in the help dokumentation the system part ist not translatet to french!
