j2ee visual Admin starting in safe mode, what do i change in config tool

Helo friends,

when i start my j2ee visual administrator it says that its starting in safe mode and some of the configurations wont be accessible to me and it asks me to check my config tool .

so what exactly do i need to set after starting my config tool ?

Please change the settings in ConfigTool as per the following. It should work.
