Hi,
We are testing for "SOAP to RFC" case.
We are facing an error : "No channel ID specified or no channel found for the specified party. When we are trying to send the document thorugh XML spy to SAP-RFC through XI-SOAP.
In the runtime workbench, all adpaters are appearing in "All adapters" option as disabled state. And in "started and installed adapters" the RFC and soap adapters are not at all appearing.
We are re-activating the communication channels, so sometimes its working.
Please could you provide us the inputs, to overcome this issue.
Thanks,
Ramesh
Hi Ramesh,
Please check whether your adapter metadata are available . You can check this in the SAP BASIS swc.
Refer this,
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/95d7d490-0301-0010-ce93-c58... --Page no 46.
Also try a CPA cache refresh . Should work
cheers,
Prashanth

Hi Ramesh
Are you using the correct endpoint (URL) to the web service in XML spy ?
I hope you are not using the "proposed" URL generated by the web service generation wizard.
and BTW, the SOAP adapter would appear inactive in the runtime workbench untill the time it has actually processed any messages.
Regards
Gaurav
