you says that "A restart of the server is not required after deployment.". this is true after final deployment. But I am developing an application with Netweaver. So what I am asking is that after changing a line of code in the application I have to restart the server or just refresh the browser.
if you change your application, you have to redploy the application for your changes to come into effect. In order to see them, you will have to refresh the browser.
