PO Printing issue

Dear All,

I am printing a PO which has 8 line items, when I see it in print preview I can see all the 8 line items, but when I go to Spool(SP01) I see only 1st line item not the other 7 items.

Can someone tell, what could be the problem.

If you get multiple pages, something is wrong with the size of your MAIN window. Otherwise check for overlaps etc.

Hi Mahesh ,

There can be three possibilities here-

1.Either the PO was not in released status after creating the 7 line items.

2.One of the line items may be blocked or deleted after creation.

3.Something wrong with the driver program.

Please check the above scenarios.

Hi,

Check the Main Window size and also check of any other window is overlaping the main window. The problem lies wit the window sizing or with the main window is overlapped with some other window.

Keep the break point at the tiem level data printing and check it if all he item data is populated at the debuging level then there would be no issue with the data poplation.

If my solution orks then please do not foget to allocate points to my Id.

I checked for overlapping and sizes of main window, but still I dont see all the line items in the Spool but can see them in Print Preview.
