How to Logon on ITSadministration, /scripts/wgate/admin/! ?

Dear All,

We forget about the User Id and pass to login in this ITSadministration, because we been long time not open this screen, i try ITSadmin with pass: init not working properly so there's any suggestion to me to logon to this web ITS administration,
