Hi Rahul,
If you are referring of pricing for customer master, you need to have a prper settings in the master data based on the requirement.
Pricing procedure will determine in sales Order based on
Sales Area+ customer Pricing procedure+document pricing procedure.
Apart from this in Customer master Price group, Price List settings are available, please go through it thoroughly.
If you want to maintain system has to determine pricing automatically while you are processing document you need to maintain condition records in VK11 (TC) according to your requirement, for this you need to have condition technic.
I hope it will help you to answer your query.
If anything is needed mail me back.

The term pricing is used broadly to describe the calculation of prices (for external use by customers or vendors) and costs (for internal purposes, such as cost accounting). Conditions represent a set of circumstances that apply when a price is calculated. For example, a particular customer orders a certain quantity of a particular product on a certain day. The variable factors here - the customer, the product, the order quantity, the date - determine the final price the customer gets. The information about each of these factors can be stored in the system as master data. This master data is stored in the form of condition re_cor+ds.
Hi,
If you are referring to maintaining prices for individual customers, then you got to create condition master data in the system.
Use VK11 to create new entries. From the initial screen, select the condition type for which you want to maintain the price (normally PR00 for basic price), select the access that is appropriate and then maintain the price in the resultant table.
Hope, this helps!
Thanks,
Siva
