I am having RFC connectivity problems when trying to download OSSNOTES.
I get the following error:
"error in remote connection to destination SAPOSS Error opening an RFC connection"
How can I configure the transport management system in such a way to inable it to download ossnotes.
Thanks,
The Note Assistant (SNOTE) uses the SAPOSS RFC destination - my guess is that yours hasn't been correctly configured. You can do this in transaction OSS1 (specify the correct SAPRouter(s), etc).
For more information, see the following notes (in order of usefulness):
812386 - RFC connection to the SAPNet R/3 front end
766505 - OSS1: Changes to the RFC connection to SAPOSS
797001 - SAP Notes - Unable to download an SAP Note with SNOTE

Hello,
I have the same problem today, and the problem did with the credencial of saprouter, run this comand in the directory where you have install the saprouter...
sapgenpse.exe seclogin -p c:\saprouter\local.pse -O srvsolmgr
where the srvsolmgr= is the user with use the credencial
you can't check in the rout_dev if the error is the credencial o other problem
Sorry for my english but I speak spanish
