ITS 620 Installation

Hi Basis Gurus,

I need to Install ITS 620 in W2K machine. Need to remove older version i.e., ITS610.

I executed ITS 610 uninstall.exe. But I found that there is still ITS610 files...

How to clean these files...Kindly any one help me out at here.

It has been a while since I had to touch our ITS machine but, when I did, I did a full format and reinstall of Win 2000 SP4. I think there were some old registry entries in there and rather than take time to find them all I just built it up from the bottom up. That was about 3 years ago.

^^ might be a good start...but don't forget to backup the templates in use before you erase everything!
