Error in back routing Error in communication channel

Former Member

Hi All,

we are using a scenario where SAP IDoc goes to Webmethods via SOAP adapter.

The status flag is "Processed Successfully". the Ack. Status says "Acknowledgement contains system errors".

When I double clicked on it i am able to see the below error.

When I checked with Webmethods team, they say even though the message hitting their server, the content is empty in the message.

Please help me in resolving this....

Thanks a lot,

Gopi.

Hi,

If you don't need the ack, just switch this off for your interface by running report IDX_NOALE.

Test your scenario again.

There are two options;

1. You can configure ACK for your system - ref:

https://websmp210.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700003477212005E/HowTo_IDOC_Ack_20040817RR.pdf

Else

2. You can run the report IDX_NOALE and disable the ACK for IDocs.

Hi,

1) Check the Autorization & Security Roles

2) Might be due to error in the Application / Web service is not able to process the request message.see that the request message you are sending to the applicaton is valid .

I hope this will help you
