Sample ISR Form can not return value from SAP

Hi, all

I am testing a standard adobe form in HCM process of forms(ISR Scenario: SOC1), which asks for username input, after click on derive , the form should return the detail information of the requested user, but in our dev system, it return nothing back.

i have tested the form scenario in R3 using the simulation tool (abap , can only test data retrival part),it works the requested user information can be read.

could you please tell me what's wrong ? is that caused by the license? or missing server part?

Hi Jun,

Check if other PCR's/ISR's forms are getting the data properly.

And coming to your problem, Check if these any of these notes are useful - <b>945173</b>,<b>900191</b> and<b> 901542</b>.

Let us know if the problem still persists.
