Solution Database Error

We have upgraded our Solution Manager System to 4.0 . We have also configured the Standalone Knowledge Search ( crmm_search ) to search the solution database . TREX has been installed and running successfully . When we run CRMC_SAF_TOOL , we get errors in Content Section in 'Check Index Content' and 'Check Index Existence' . When we run the Indexes application and set up the SDB ,it is sucessful and shows the solution databse records . But compilation is successful but shows no records . As such , we cannot search the solution database.

Urgent help is solicitated from all .

Hi,

after an upgrade and if you have done all configuration correctly, it might be that the index is corrupt. Delete the current indexes, create indexes again and recompile.

Hi,

I would like to ask you to patch TREX to the newest REV 34 first and

recompile DBs again. It should solve the problem.
