Send alerts from RWB to CCMS

Hi

I need to transfer alerts from RWB to CCMS. I user the MTE class SXI_RWBAlertCateg.

In my development environment everything work fine, the ccms monitor displays the list of categories and the related alerts.

In production the ccms monitor displays just a node with the category summary, without splitting on different categories.

Any idea?

Hi Alessia,

Quick question may be you might be in a better position to answer about this question.

i am also working on triggering emails from central alert system to individual users for RWB Alerts. i can see those being reported to CCMS. But the ultimate question i have is to whether i can configure Central Auto reaction for triggering email from CEN and if so whether it contains the text as defined in Alert category ?

I dont want to use the individual system for any of these auto reactions as every things needs to be monitored through CEN.

Please also advice with your email id.
