If I understood your question, you would like to download, for example, the entire help for some SAP Version. I already made it with Print Files for 4.6C version.

You'll need to get some software that allow you to download the entire Website content.

you can go to http://service.sap.com/maintenanceNW2004s -> Maintenance.

For some Support Package Stacks (ie: SPS08) you can download the help.sap.com documentation directly in a ZIP file as HTMLHelp or Plain HTML. For others (ie: SPS09) you have a text document that mentions how to download the documentation DVD from Service Marketplace.
