PDF form as email attachment for purchase order

Hello All,

I need send to send the PDF based form as an email attachemnt when ever a new PO is created, I have already created a form thru SFP tcode and set the message type for PO and getting the PDF based form as output in the preview.

Could any one suggest me where to put the code to send the generated PDF as a mail when I set the message output type medium to 'External send' for the purchase order.

Thanx for the reply Gopi, but Iam doing it using tcode SFP, using ABAP.

have got the interface and form designed and its working fine, what I need is to send this generated PDF of purchase order to be sent as an Email attachment when ever a new PO is created and saved usinf Tcode ME21N

Use the Business Communiaction Services (BCS): http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/aa/29673a9011fc7be10000000a11402f/frameset.htm

There are test programs entitled BCS* in every ABAP system.

Hi,

If you want to send the forms to one recipient only use message support 5 ( external send) and that will work fines if you have made the customizing for sending mail thru your SAP System . The mail adress of the recipient will be the mail adress of the partner linked with the message .
