Hello Ammey,

I think meeting one set of requirements in enough for you to proceed with support package import. I have read somewhere that it is one requirement or the other that needs to be fullfilled and not all the requirements. I think you can proceed with the import.

Please award points if the issue got solved.

Hi Ammey,

Pls go ahead with Ruchit's suggestion.

Ruchit,

I had the same kind of problem little while ago with " SAP_BASIS (SAPKB70008) ", i was unable to find SAPKITL416 at that point. In regards to the last post for that case, i am wondering how OSS login auth privileges ll diff in what we see and search. If you have any info on it could you pls throw some light to it...

Hi Ammey,

I tried what Ruchit suggested but I cannot see any patch higher than the current level for PI_BASIS (79).

Would you be so kind to tell me how exactly you got 2006_1_700?

Kind regards,

Jaime

Hello Jaime,

You dont need PI_BASIS, 2006_1_700 .

Just fullfilll the first requirement and you can proceed with support package import.

One way to do this would be as follows:

1. Go to transaction SPAM in your 2004s system/

2. Dispaly "All Support Packages"

3. Scroll down to the PI_BASIS tree.

4. Look at the names of installed packages (should be SAPKIPYJxx, where xx is the patch number, for example SAPKIPYJ79 is a legitimate package level)

5. Log on to the SAP Service Marketplace and search for support packages

6. Search for SAPKIPYJxx, where xx is a number higher than your highest level.

7. Keep downloading each package until you have the highest patch level for what you need to do your other package.
