File Adapter - Large file

Hi there,

I am using a 6.5 MB file and the file adapter is not picking up the file. The status is still green in the adapter monitoring and says process started.

Any insights into this issue.

HI,

PLease check your file adapter setting in Visaul admin.

Also check visual admin log.

And if necessary check ok Java Heap setting.

Hi,

Please check if the path, file name are right. Also see if you set something like process read only files in the sender adapter. I think you are sure that CC in RWB is green and there is no error and hope you are not using a content conversion.

HI,

It should pick 6.5 MB etc.. Check the read/write etc permission of the file/folder

Are you getting any error ? Anyway , just check the Read-Only option in the file adapter configuration.

Also look into log from Visual admin for the File adapter
