Hi

I finished installing the Adobe Documeny service (of NW2004s) in a 32 bit win 2003 server with both Java+ABAP stack.

As described in the ADS Configring Guide, I wanted to check Basic Authentication and when I try the link http://<Servername>:50100/AdobeDocumentServices/Config/

I get a page cannot be displayed page. When I tried to login to VA I get the message unable to lookup conenction default, http://<servername>:8100/msgserver/text/logon returned empty list of connection parameters

also I created a direct connection to a dispatcher node and still unable to login, I used the admin username and the admins passowrd.

Pelase help

Thanks

Luke

Hello Luke,

Did you check if the AS Java is running from the SAP Management Console (SAPMMC)? What is displayed in the browser when you try to connect to the AS Java (host and port without any additional path)?

Regards,

Philipp

Hi

Thanks Phillip for your response.

I checked SAP MMC and I do not see J2ee process listed it is weird.

Also in the under <drive>:/usr/sap/<SID>/...

i do see the j2ee folder. But for some reasons I do not see the java instances.

The installation went without any error.

What could be the prolem here.

Thanks for your help

Hello Luke,

As your problem seems to be a more general one (i.e. independent from Interactive Forms by Adobe), I would propose to either post this question to another forum or to create an OSS message. It really seems that your installation failed somehow...

Philipp
