Since applying ERP 2004 support pack stack level 13, our system performance has been very poor. We are swapping all the time now & users are in the middle of a transaction & are kicked out of the system. Has anyone else seen this happen? I have been working with SAP support, but there has been no solution to this point.
Thank you for your time,
Erin Byrne
Have you executed SGEN after applying the support package?
Did you handled SPAU / SPDD (if any) properly?

Hello,
As of standard practive apply the patches to DEV >QA> and then PRD server so that u can have beter idae of impact and u also can analyze the effect of applying patches.
as of with each and every patch there is a side effect note....just go through taht side effects of patched on service.sap.com ....
O/w there r many more factors affrectd to the system ....so not able to know the focusing area......
Thanks
