Hi all,
can any one tell me how to lock all users?
is there any particulat TCODE to do that? If so can it display all the users of that client?

you can use above methods or if you have os authorisation you can execute
tp locksys <sid> pf=/usr/sap/sid/trans/bin/tp_domain_<sid>.pfl in comand it will lock all the user except sap* and ddic

You should use SU10 for this purpose as suggested by Juan. Make sure all the users have been logged out before you actually lock them.

Hi kranthi,
Transaction SU10 -> User selection: Authorization data -> type * in user field and execute -> select all users except admins and system users -> transfer -> Click on the lock button.
Do the same to unlock later.

well use TCODE ewz5, it allows you to lock all users, but remember to set the admin flag for youyrself so that you are still able to access the system.
