How to enter the Classification data in CV02n?

Hi,

I am trying to enter the characteristic value in classification in CV02n but its not giving the expected results.

for example.

Suppose one of the characteristic in the "characteristic description" is

"Released by" then I want the value of this characteristic to be automatically populated with the name of the user (Sy-uname) who sets the document to Release status.

Can anybody help me on this?

Go to Characteristics ‘CT04’ or ‘CT02’

Go to Additional Data Tab---- enter TABLE which you want use , enter FIELD values

Enter document details below

Save transaction
