sap script printer problem

Hi

This is a issue regarding the printing of labels , in sap script priview which all the information in a single page and the duplicate of the same date is been printed in the next page .. but when i take a print out (which usually a label printer ) some of the information is missing on page one and page two. Though its a continious label sheet (lable printer) its not taking all the inforamtion . I have tried to increase the window height and set page format as DINA4 , but came across with the same problem not able to display the information.

it prints out all information in a normal printer .. any info regarding this pls...

Hi,

Are you using a custom page format in this script? If so try to define a new form/page/layout whith the same size in the printer properties of the lable printer you are using. This can be done in CONTROL PANEL->PRINTERS & FAXES-> select your printer-> press right click -> define new custom page.

Check the print width or height setting of the label printer, if it's smaller than the window area, printer skips some lines and triggers next page.

Printer manual might help in printer setup.
