Sender RFC Problem

Former Member

I have a Sender RFC that works fine for a while suddenly start to fail when I check the R/3 Destination via SM59 and test the connection I get the error:

program DEV210 not registered / CPI-C error CM_ALLOCATE_FAILURE_RETRY.

The CC was not changed, in other words the program ID matches the CC and R/3 Destination. My R/3 system is 4.6c and my XI is 3.0 SP18. The problem is solved when the J2EE Engine is restarted.

Someone has passed through this problem?

Thank in advance,

Ruben.

Hi Ruben,

When creating RFC destination in R3 ensure that you select - Register Server program button, as it's not selected by default.

Check this weblog for more info:-

Also look SAP note for the error analysis- 768452.

Hi Ruben,

try to implement this weblog and see if it can help. I wonder if your problem is when a reconnect is not possible by the RFC adapter.

hi,

you don't have to restart your j2ee. Restarting communication channel should be sufficient.
