From where I get daily user logs

Dear all,

I am using ECC5, from where I get daily user logs. ie. on a particular users activity on a specified time/date range? I tried on st03n. but it is giving TC base. I need value base also. like AUT10 type.

please help me.

Hi kariyath

why dont you try with Tcode - ST01 , u can activate user trace and you can trace which user done what and when

this may solve ur issue

Hi,

Just apply the T-code STAD..

give the start time [ max 3 days in past ] and the end time... give the time duration[ the time for which you need the data ] in Read time.

specify the client and user id..

It will solve your problem

STAD is giving last 3 days data.

I need all the data. if I am putting 1st oct. 2006 to 2nd oct 2006. for a xx user.

Any TCode for this.

Please help me.

Hi Kariyath,

I am not sure whether you have enabled the audit systems, use SM19/SM20. If you havent done it already I am not sure how to pull the logs otherwise. Hope this helps a bit.

This is good. but tell me what will happen after 976 KB (Maximum file size which mention on 'Dinamic configuration tab)?

Is any thing on system performance?

It seems collective data on a particular time.

Is SAP by defalut record any logs which contain all the transaction details.

I checked AUT10 and I am looking that type of procedure

Hi Kariyath,

You need to know the profile parameters that affects, to work on this. You can change the (Maximum file size and others things)..

HI,

I am looking logs on user base.

A particular user what are the transactions done on a particular time.

For eg. i given create / change authorizaion for some transactions on some users.

At the end of the day i want to know how many TC they used.

How may times they changed.

Basicaly I am looking activity logs, for that i started sqltrace also. but i don't know how to get the reports.
