How to modify the existing script like medruck(logo and fields).can u tell me the steps plz

Hi,

Command in your Sapscript

/: INCLUDE Z_YOUR_LOGO OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE E

These are the steps to be followed for uploading graphics in R/3 system

1. First save the file as BMP

2. Open the BMP file in IMaging (Goto -> Programs -> Accessories -> Imaging) and

make it Zoom as 100% and save as *.TIFF

3. Open SE38 and execute program RSTXLDMC

4. Give your TIFF file path name

5. Select Bcol (for Color)

6. TEXT ID will be ZHEX-MACRO-*.

7. Inplace of * write your own logo name (ZCOMPANYLOGO)

8. Execute the program

9. Now Goto SE71 create your ZFORM

10. Create logo window

11. Goto text element of logo window

or

In 4.6x :-

1. Goto SE71 Change the mode to GRAPHICAL

2. Choose the Graph Tabstrips

3. Now type in some name for the LOGO WINDOW

4. Press the IMPORT BUTTON and then IMPORT the BMP file from your DESKTOP

5. The code will be written automatically. You just need to drag and drop wherever you want

the graphics to be.

Please note that in 4.6c onwards, you can also used Windows Bitmap file ( .BMP).

Feel free to revert back.

thex raghu and krisna...sorry to say that...still am not able to copy the existing for form..its getting some errors....

can u tell me....briefly how to copy the formplz......

1)go to se71...

2)enter form name zmedruck.

3) create

4)it gives u information message zmedruck in en language not avalaible.

5)click on that.

6)now u are in new screen.

7)fill the discription anyword.

8)now in menu option form-->copy form>put form name medruck-->enter..

9)save and activate it.

and how abt driver program..how to use that and where to use that....

1)go to transaction NACE.

2)application EF.

3)CLICK ON OUTPUT TYPE.

4)selecy NEU .

5)click on processing routine.

6)u get the driver program name <b>SAPFM06P</b>

7)now attech ur form name there instead of MEDRUCK.

8)save and activate it.

1st copy the script into zmedruck and do the changes one by one as rrquired.....

for copy goto se71.

put zmedruck create.

make text entry.

form->coryform->medruck---->save -

---

for logo....

1st upload logo..using transation se78 .

than in sap script.

open script zmedruck in change mode.

go to page window.

than double click on header window.

and click on t5ext display.

just make entry of ur logo name here....

for uploading logo..

After You run the report RSTXLDMC, give your logo(Saved as .tif file) in the parameter and run the report.

Then Go to Se71 and include the image from the text elements. For this you go to the Page windows. Press the text elements button and the include the logo(Which actually has been saved as a TEXT) using Insert->Text-STandard. CHoose your LOGO
