RWB Error in Message monitoring

Hello All,

We are getting a error when trying to display messages in the RWB on the adapter engine : The list is empty and there is error <b>no Authorization Java</b> , but on the other integration Server we do not see any errors.

Steve,

If there is an error in the authentication configuration of some specific destinations on the J2EE then that may probably why the normal authentication fails and the system then tries to logon with the default user 'J2EE_GUEST' but fails as well ( which is ok ). See note 928862

Also Make sure that USer has this Role- SAP_XI_MONITORING

Steve,

Please check the logs in the log viewer for related error messages which might give clues. We had similar error and able to resolve in the past. And J2EE_GUEST might be one cause depending upon the error log.
