Can somebody explain me how to replicate the pricing condition types along with Access Sequences, calculation Schema etc from R/3 to SRM in extended classic scenario. Points for helpful answers.

Better way is to hold calculation shema in SRM in transaction COMMPR01 for all products and services.

I am not aware it is possible to do it in standard...
Why don't you read the backend data from SRM in a BBP_DOC_CHANGE badi to calculate what you need ?
