Plugin activation

I need to activate this plugin : com.sap.ide.metamodeler.merger

How to do this and how to do the activation plugins in general for Netweaver developper studio ?

What version of NWDS are you running?

This plugin is normally active by default. You can check this by clicking Help -> About SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio -> Plug-in Details. It should be listed there.

My version is the 2.0.16.

I'm trying to use adpative webservice and I need open a file with this extension :"wdmodel" because I need to change the url of webservice.

I've this error when I open this file :"unable to instantiate editor : editor.MetaModelEditor .... plugin com.sap.ide.metamodel.merger was unable to load class UInew.editor.MetaModelEditor"

You can check the .log file in your workspace/.metadata folder for more info.

The MetaModelEditor class is contained in SapMetamodelCoreEclipse.jar which is part of the com.sap.ide.metamodel.core plugin. Check if this plugin is present on your filesystem.

This plugin is no present. I 've copy/paste all plugins com.sap.ide.metamodel.... in my workspace/.metadata/.plugins folder.

I've restarted my NWDS but i've always the problem.

Is there more operatons ?

You should check the C:\Program Files\SAP\JDT\eclipse\plugins folder.
