Logoff error with Integrated ITS

We are receiving the following error message (on a new web page) when trying to logoff of SRM using the Integrated ITS.

Service Unavailable

The proxy is currently unable to handle the request due to a (possibly) temporary error. Extended error information is:

Failed to forward the request to the web server at sap.corp:1000000. This may be due to a firewall configuration error or a DNS failure.

If this situation persists, please contact your firewall administrator.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Check if You have an '~exiturl' parameter provided for this page.

~exiturl should be look like this:

"~exiturl http://<your_host>/scripts/wgate/bbpstart!";

Please provide more detail. Is this parameter for transaction SE80 or in another transaction code?

If the parameter is for SE80, we already have that parameter for Internet Service BBPSTART and the value column is blank.

Ok we've made the change and after "Logoff" we are returned to the Login page. Is there any way to get the "End Of Session" page instead? See below:

You can redirect to any page you want included customer intranet or a bespoke one

I can't find the web address for the end of session page. In fact I can't find the end of session service in SE80 under bbpstart. Any thoughts?
