E-mail PDF Subcon PO to vendor (ECC5.0)

Hi,

Our release is ECC5.0. By setting, the subcon PO can be e-mailed to venodr as PDF attachement by standard output medium,external send. And this alreay works at our system. However, it seems impossible to realize the below user requirements by standard functionality.

1.File name of the PDF attachment should be the same as

subcon PO number. So far, I can't find any setting to make it.

2. the subject of the e-mail should include subcon PO number.

Can anyone have the same experience of e-mailing PDF PO to vendor?

Hi,

Its really simple.

You can define the Mail title text in the NACE transaction itself.

Select your output type and click the node MAIL TITLE & TEXTS and maintain your text.

This shuld solve your problem.
