Standalone ITS Installation

Hi all,

Would anyone suggest me the basic steps to be followed to install Stanalone ITS 6.20 and Prerequisites before installing ITS.

Would appreciate the reply.

Hi, Here they are:

-Check the OSS Notes : 889588, 491781, 325616

-System Requirements: Hard disk 1 GB, Memory (RAM) 256 MB (non- prod. system)

-Creating the ITS Administrator Account (Windows only)

-Creating Web Server Instances ( For Windows: Start- Programs- Administrative Tools- Internet Services Manager)

-In the folder C:\InetPub\wwwroot you have to create a new directory for each ITS instance.

-Preparing the System for SAPinst:

-Install last version JRE

-Make sure that your JAVA_HOME environment variable is set to <JAVA_HOME>.

- Get the last version of SAP ITS 6.20 (last patch) from service.sap.com.

-Install it from <dir_inst>\ITS\NT\I386\.
