operational modes setup

Hi,

We have 16 dialog process , 6 background process running at server. Now we need to configure operational modes to switch this process automatically.

Any idea how to configure this.

I know that can be done using RZ04,SM63 , but not sure how to configure step by step.

Hi Lisa,

1. RZ04: create operation modes

2. RZ04 -> instance/op modes: create instance (provide hostname, system number, start and instance profiles - attention: you'll have to maintain details !) and save. At saving, assign the WP distribution to the operation modes created in 1.

3. SM63: assign operation modes to hours.
