Hi ,
Our users are facing with the following problem, can anybody help.We deleted the lock entries in SM12 but
users are facing this problem again and again.
He chose Cart 1 for approval. Went through the details and then went to Cart 2 without taking any action on Cart 1.
Approved Cart 2,3,4.
But he could not open Cart 1 even after 15 minutes.
Every time he tried, the message says, that he is already processing the document.
