Regarding Load balancing Set up

Hi All,

I have servers installed on two different boxes.(SQL 2000 DB with WAS 6.4 SP15).Can anybody please help me out with the load balancing setup to achieve High Availability for portal users.

I am new to this and need your help.How does the dispatcher help in this regard and how is it configured?
