Messages struck in queue

Hi,

All my messages are struck in the queue and the status shown in SXMB_MONI is "Message Recorded (Commit follows)"

(Green flag) with queue status 'Message Waiting in Queue'( Yellow icon).

I went through the existing logs and tried the following but without any luck.

i. Go to SMQ2 and delete the queue entries.

ii. Go to SXMB_ADM -> Manage queue and Degister , Register and Activate queues.

iii. Added an entry in SXMB_ADM for MONITOR, QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED.

iv. Tried to restart the message from SXMB_MONI.

Kindly let me your valuable inputs...

did you try to register the queues

once more: transaction SXMB_ADM - queue registration
