Reset Client button ??

Hi,

We are running MI2.5 on Pocket PC 2003 PDAs and have recently implemented SP17.

Does anyone know what the "Reset Client" button does on the Settings screen? I have not been able to find this documented anywhere.

What it appears to do is reset all of the data on the PDA. Can anybody confirm this?

Hi Robert.

Yes that's exactly what it does. Deleting all data from client.

This is similar to the earlier introduced configuration parameter MobileEnginge.Persist.ResetAllClientData=true.

Hi Robert,

Yes your are correct,it will reset all data in PDA.

And if you need to sync again to get data back to client (PDA).Its like fresh download again.
