I wanted to know in details about the fields in bid invitation, bid response screens & use of each of them. Also, would like to know the Various fields and their user in PO and PC. Can anyone forward me link or material if available ?

Hi,

Look at Function Group BBP_BID_INV in se80.

In this group You will have DDIC Structures like:

- BBPS_BID_UI_HEADER for header of bid invitation

- BBPS_BID_UI_ITEM for any items in bid inv.

- BBPS_BID_UI_BIDDER_LIST for any bidders in bid inv.

Structure of bid inv. document You may watch in tran. BBP_PD for object BUS2208, BUS2200, BUS2202
