HI ,

I am using IBIP transaction for Plant Maintenance module , i have done recording for ik01 transation and the flat file was created by giving tcode name in first record and preceding recording name before every record but its showing format error.

My file format is

ik01

rec.name equip.name desc

rec.name equip.name desc

rec.name equip.name desc

What should be the format given in the flat file .

Send the format that should be given in flat file

I am looking for the same information. I can sucessfully execute IBIP using a flat file created by LSMW, but I cannot seem to sucessfully create my own flat file.

u need to enter data in excel sheet and save it as tab-delimited file and use it in ur program by uploading using GUI_UPLOAD and then use in the BDC part.
