Problem in printing smartform on dotmatrix printer

Hi all.

i am working on smartform of invoice.

i want to print border for window. i am given border but it only print on laser or deskjet printer and not on dot matrix. how can i do this?

Hi,

If u r using Templates or Tables ther will be BOX properties in that width will be 15 by default, Increase the width to 30 or 40 Tw and assign the Framed Pattern to that template or Table..So that the Horixontal and Vertical Lines would be appering.

Hi puru,

Normally Dot matrix printers will not print

logos and borders (According to my exp.).

You can solve this problem by asking the client to provide pre printed sheet with borders as normally Invoices are printed on Preprinted sheet with preprinted Text, borders and logos in that .

You will only have to capture data from the database table and put it in the respective columns.

Think on that.
