Hi there,

I'm unable to access the IB through the web browser in a client system. I getting connected to XI system through the LogOn pad. Can you please help me out, I have even installed Java Web Start and have done all the settings in the environment variables.

What is error message that u r getting.

Recently I ran into this kind of issue and fixed it.

Please give the error message.

What is happening is ur able to log into the ABAP stack and not into the java stack.

Hi,

In JWS,

1)have u gave correct path in location.

2)go to file>preferences>general,mark none there.

3)under java tab,see that u have given correct path for java dk.

Hi,

1. Which version of JWS are you using? Use J2sdk1.4.2 . Do not use j2sdk 1.5 and this has some known issues.

2. Also take a look at this blog,
