Hi all,

I am trying to refresh my cache and I am seeing SXI_CACHE transaction that the complete cache refresh and the delta cache refresh are greyed out. I also checked that the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI was missing. Is it due to this reason?

Hi,

It happens sometimes due to Meta Data Issue,

Go for SLD Cache :

To clear the SLD cache, from the Integration Builder main menu, choose Environment ® Delete Cache for SLD Data.

Once we have deleted the cache for SLD data, accessing objects in the SLD may take longer than usual initially.

Thanks for the replies but we tried both options but still the option to refresh cache is still greyed out. We have SAPALL, so I doubt if its authorization issues. Any ideas.

When you try SXI_CACHE transaction, are you able to see "Status of XI Runtime Cache" with 3 status buttons. Are you getting green status..

if not check with Cache Refresh guide provided with my earlier reply..

Also did you get success test connection during testing SM59->HMI ...entry

Hi,

There is a huge possibility of this, because of SM59 ->http destination missing.

Check with ConfiguratioN guide and do the SM59 entry as required.
